By entering the Wave Chasers Photo Competition ("the Competition"), participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. General Information

1.1 The Competition is organized by Drift Point and is open to customers aged 16 years or older who reside in mainland UK (England, Scotland, and Wales).
1.2 Employees, agents, and affiliates of Drift Point and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
1.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition; however, participants must be registered on Drift Point’s website.

2. Entry Guidelines

2.1 Each participant may submit up to two (2) photos per month via the designated submission form on Drift Point's website.
2.2 Submitted photos must:

• Be original and taken by the participant.
• Align with the Drift Point ethos and theme (e.g., outdoor adventures, surfing, mountain biking, etc.).
• Be in high resolution and suitable for public display on Drift Point’s website and social media platforms.
• Contain no inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content, including but not limited to violence, nudity, discrimination, or any other material deemed unsuitable by Drift Point.
  2.3 AI-generated images or heavily manipulated photos are not permitted. All entries must be authentic, real photographs captured by the participant.
  2.4 Photos featuring individuals must have their consent for submission, particularly if recognizable. For individuals under 18, parental or guardian consent must be obtained.

3. Voting and Judging

3.1 The Drift Point community will vote on monthly submissions via the Drift Point website.
3.2 The top three (3) photos with the highest votes each month will be declared winners.
3.3 Monthly winners will qualify for the end-of-year grand prize competition, where a final vote will determine the overall winner.

4. Prizes

4.1 Monthly winners will receive Drift Point gear, discounts, or other specified prizes.
4.2 The grand prize winner will receive an exclusive prize package to be announced on the Drift Point website and social media.
4.3 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
4.4 Drift Point reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 By entering the Competition, participants grant Drift Point a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their submitted photos for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.
5.2 Drift Point will credit the photographer whenever feasible but is not obligated to do so.
5.3 Participants retain ownership of their submitted photos.

6. Disqualification

6.1 Drift Point reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

• Submit photos that violate these terms and conditions.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including vote manipulation.
  6.2 Drift Point’s decision on disqualification is final and not subject to appeal.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Drift Point will process participants' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Drift Point Privacy Policy.
7.2 Submitted photos and participant details will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes of the Competition and associated marketing activities.

8. Liability

8.1 Drift Point accepts no responsibility for:

• Lost, late, or misdirected photo submissions due to technical or other failures.
• Any damage, loss, or injury sustained by participants as a result of entering the Competition or accepting prizes.
  8.2 Participants agree to indemnify Drift Point against any claims arising from their participation in the Competition or the use of their photos by Drift Point.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments and Cancellation

10.1 Drift Point reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
